This article is based on my new Parallax New Moon/ Diurnal Technique.
I calculated the February 13th, 2010 New Moon for Washington, DC and placed the planetary lines over the astro map. In the new Moon chart Mars is 226 miles from culminating in Washington, DC.
If you are calculating the diurnal using that new Moon chart between February 15 and February 16, 2010 Mars will be culminating in Washington, D.C.
Here’s what’s going on in the Middle East between the 15th and 16th of February. The Moon is rising in Kabul and Saturn is setting while Neptune will is rising in Baghdad at the same time.
And to spice things up a bit more, Neptune will be culminating in Pampyong, North Korea.
On February 19th to the 20th the Sun will be rising in Baghdad, Pluto will be culminating in Kabul, and Venus is rising in Tehran.
Additionally, on February 19th through the 20th Uranus will be setting in Vancouver, Canada San Francisco, Oakland and through the entire West Coast of the United States.
